An Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka, practising in the Appellate Courts of Sri Lanka primarily in the areas of fundamental rights, writs, commercial law and public interest litigation. Former lecturer at the Open University and Royal Institute of Colombo – Sri Lanka. Has experience in facilitating investments (on behalf of investors), with the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka with special emphasis on mega and large scale infrastructure projects. Have hands on exposure in liaising with various bodies, companies and individuals in setting up projects of diverse nature and facilitating investments. Very conversant in Commercial drafting.
