An Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka, practising mainly in the District Court and Appellate courts in the areas of fundamental rights, Administrative law, Labour law and Civil Law. Attached to the Law and Society Trust Colombo as a Researcher in Law. He has published a number of research articles and papers.
