Has served the Department of Inland Revenue for over 35 years and retired having served as the Commissioner General of Inland Revenue. Specializes in the area of corporate taxation with emphasis on international taxation issues such as transfer pricing and issues governing permanent establishment of non resident entities. Has been a member of double taxation negotiation teams with several countries including China, the UAE, South Africa . Since retirement, has served as the Senior Tax Advisor to the Ministry of Finance and Planning for five (05) years. Member of the Presidential Commission on Taxation – 2009.
